Michael Betancourt
Managing Partner
Michael Betancourt is a founding partner and Managing Director of AION Partners. Michael heads the Investment Committee of AION and oversees underwriting of all new transactions. He also dedicates his time to AION’s institutional equity relationships and private investors. At AION, he has purchased over $1.5 billion in real estate across multifamily, office and development deals.
Michael began his real estate career with DCD America in 2001. He has also held positions with Prudential Securities and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Betancourt is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
