Brendan Glavin

Vice President

Brendan Glavin is an Vice President at AION Partners where he focuses on acquisitions and asset management across the firm’s portfolio. His primary responsibilities include underwriting and originating new investment opportunities as well as managing the day-to-day activities for several of AION’s assets. Mr. Glavin also supports the team with business development by interfacing with current and future stakeholders.

Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Glavin was a Credit Analyst in M&T Bank’s New York City Commercial Real Estate office where he helped to structure and underwrite over $500MM of retail, office, and multifamily transactions.

Mr. Glavin graduated from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Economics.
