Melissa Ferko is a Regional Project Director in the Construction division of AION Partners. Melissa has over a decade of experience in real estate and construction, She brings a unique combination of financial expertise, operational strategy, and project leadership to every role she takes on. Melissa began her career as a Senior Loan Officer at Perennial Funding gaining valuable financial insight before transitioning into multifamily operations, where she found her passion for property improvement and process optimization.

As a Construction Project Manager at Berger Communities, Melissa led portfolio-wide renovation initiatives, introduced new contractor partnerships, and streamlined construction workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and cost control.

In Melissa’s new roll at AION, she oversees large-scale renovation programs across multiple states, managing budgets, vendors, and teams to deliver consistent, high-impact results.

Ms. Ferko holds her PMP, OSHA 10, and SWPPP certifications.
