2300 M Street was purchased in October 2007 in a joint venture with the Carlyle Group. A nine story office property situated on M Street between 23rd and 24th streets, the property is located in the live-work district known as the West End. Since purchase, AION completed a full lobby and elevator cab renovation in anticipation of a re-positioning of the asset. The partnership has successfully extended in-place tenants and has leased a majority of the building. The partnership sold the building in October 2010.
