Senior Analyst

Arthur Renehan is a Senior Analyst at AION Partners, where he supports the firm’s acquisition and asset management efforts.

Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Renehan was part of the acquisitions team at GoodHomes, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting adaptive reuse opportunities in the South East. He also earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Mr. Renehan graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
